Louise Friis has long harbored a deep desire to establish a senior company. The idea is to collect 8-10 dance interested seniors aged 50-70 years to create performances. The ambition is to communicate the mature human life experience through dance.

Thursday 13th January 2011 a workshop/audition was held for 25 dancing men and women aged 50-70 years. In total, 10 were selected for the Company, 3 men and 7 women.

The selected are: Marian Høegh, Janne Koefoed Jørgensen, William Eldridge, Mette Koch, Judith Blak, Hannelore Eder Ferdinand, Inge-Merete Damgaard Pedersen, John G. Worsoe, Falk Heinrich and Anne Sidenius.

The first performance by the Senior Company's will be shown together with Archauz U-kompagniet on April 5 to 7, 2011 and is part of a performance which will be called Dinner Stories.
